Xiaomi
has launched their latest edition, Xiaomi Redmi K20 in India, after its successful
launch in China in May 2019.
Xiaomi has given a notch-less display coupled with triple rear camera and pop-up selfie camera.

Let’s
start with Redmi K20’s special feature - the Triple Rear Camera setup, that comes
with an AI enabled Sony IMX582 ½” sensors along with the below mentioned

record 1080P & 720P videos in 30fps.
The Front
Camera also gets the Sapphire glass protection along with the Drop protection and
Downward pressure detection mechanism.

Redmi K20
gets video recording features like, Electronic image stabilization (EIS) with a
video resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and it can record videos in the below
mentioned formats:
- 1080P video recording at 60fps & 30fps
- 720P video recording at 30fps
- Slow motion video can be recorded in 1080P at 120fps
- Slow motion video can also be recorded in 720P at 960fps,

Redmi K20
is powered by Snapdragon 730 (8nm
based) which is an Octa-core processor. It also gets an 8-layer graphite
stack cooling system.
The
processor is clocked at a speed of 2 x 2.2GHz Kyro 470 Gold and 6 x 1.8GHz Kyro
470 Silver chipset, combined with a GPU of Adreno 618.
Operating System:
Out of
the box, Redmi K20 comes with Xiaomi’s own MIUI10, which is based on Android 9.0 (Pie).
It is also bundled with Game Turbo 2.0 for hardcore
gamers, which would reduce network delay and optimize touch latency to deliver
an immersive gaming experience.

Redmi K20
comes with FHD+ 6.39-inch Horizon AMOLED Display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080
pixels, that has 403 ppi with 91.9% of screen to body ratio and supports HDR
display.
For
protection, it gets a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9 and
contrast ratio exceeding 60,000:1 with a screen brightness of 430nits and maximum
brightness of 600 nits.
Additionally, Redmi K20 also comes with Multi-color Always-on Display and also supports Dark mode.

variant comes with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage capacity, and
And the
high-end variant comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage capacity.

This phone is available in Carbon Black, Glacier Blue and Flame Red colors; however, both the variants – 6 GB of RAM with 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM with 128 GB storage does not support external MicroSD card.
In a Nutshell:
Redmi K20 comes with special
features like 48MP Triple Rear camera and Pop-up selfie camera both with AI, 7th
Generation In-display fingerprint sensor, beautiful 6.39” FHD+ super AMOLED display,
and Quick Charge 3.0 with 18W for fast charging.
However,
it lacks in external MicroSD card support, no option even as Hybrid card
support, also does not have water resistant feature even in 2019.
